Pre-Screen Process:
Our units are available for rent only. We require prescreening in order to schedule a showing. If you are interested in proceeding, Complete the attached pre-application (basic information - your name, current address, job and proof of income, number of potential occupants)
You do not pay an application fee unless you proceed with the unit. We will verify you meet income requirements and verify landlord information.

No Pets (unless specified otherwise), No Smoking, No Marijuana Grow House.
Rental Preference: 2.5 times income, no evictions OR judgments in the last 3 years, solid rental history.
Once we receive all required paperwork we will start the pre-application process You will be notified ASAP to continue the process or not. You will then Schedule a viewing, AFTER, if you want to proceed, then complete the full application (below).
You may downloand and complete this application when you pass the Pre-Application phase.

APPLICATION PROCESS:
Please download the application. Complete and Send along with required docs to the email address or phone number (248-934-1836). This is our Google Application line and will accept only voicemail or text. You will then pay the application fee. All persons that will live in home, over 18yrs old, must be on the lease application and pay the application fee for vetting.
Once we receive all required paperwork and confirm your FEE deposit, we will start the application process and we should have your answer within 72 hours. When approved, you have 48 hours to confirm acceptance and contact to schedule lease signing and deposit required funds into the account via Venmo OR ZELLE to receive keys immediately. Security Deposit is required to hold the property.
When all funds are paid and documents are signed, you may receive directions for the lockbox to retrieve keys. Once you retrieve the keys, contact us to pick up the lockbox. (If all is completed at lease signing, you will receive the keys then.)
HOW TO PAY
All accounts not paid in full before or on the due date, will receive a late fee. Payments are considered received when they clear the bank.
Venmo is the preferred method of payment. If you cannot pay this way, please contact us and we will provide another method. We are accepting applications. You can make payment a number of ways so you do not even have to leave your home. Any fees incurred by Marilie Properties, LLC will be charged to the senders account to be immediately reimbursed.
